Deep Diver Specialty

Are you interested in exploring the exciting world of deep diving? If you’re a certified scuba diver and want to dive deeper, the Deep Diver course is for you.

 

🔵 During the Deep Diver specialty, you’ll learn how to plan deep dives, manage your gas supply and how to identify and manage narcosis.

🔵 You’ll learn about buddy contact procedures, safety considerations and buoyancy control at depth.

🔵 You’ll practice descents, buoyancy and safety stops. Through hands-on exercises, you’ll discover how deep dives affect color, physical objects and your brain.

 

Deep Diver Course Requirements

To join the Deep Diver course you need to be a certified Adventure Diver or have an equivalent certification.

It’s also recommended that you’ve completed the  Enriched Air Diver course or have experience with enriched air nitrox, as this can help you manage nitrogen narcosis on deeper dives.

 

Duration: 2 days

Minimum age: 15 years old
